The location was wonderfully close to all the sites in the center and not far from the beach. The service was excellent, with an airport shuttle and valet parking available. The staff was very attentive and provided a shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. Our room had all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace were great for relaxing, and the free toiletries and electric kettle were nice touches. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added to the overall comfort of the room. The dining options were also fantastic, with special diet menus available. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also convenient features. We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city!

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. the service was really good. Despite a four-hour delay in my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly welcome. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, and the charm of the hotel was evident throughout. Fresh fruits and mineral water were provided, and the included breakfast at the nearby hotel was plentiful and delicious. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and close to historical sites. The staff were great too ensure a great experience, even offering bicycle rentals and assisting with parking.

The location was fantastic, just a 1-minute walk from the old town, making it easy to explore the city center. The city break trip was pretty good. the apartment was clean and spacious, and it was situated in an area where it was easy to walk to the nearby sights. I appreciated that they offered breakfast at a nearby location, and the breakfast was very good.

I did not like that payment had to be made only in cash upon arrival, which was not convenient. the cleaning staff came into the room before the checkout time and disturbed our privacy.
